The learned counsel for the first respondent states that if the petitioner makes an application for grant of certified copy of the order

oswpl2264 dated 4th August 2017, the first respondent will provide the certified copy to the petitioner subject to payment of appropriate charges. We accept the said statement. If the petitioner has already made an application for certified copy, the first respondent shall supply the certified copy to the petitioner as aforesaid within a period of one week from the date on which this order is uploaded.

Subject to what is directed above, petition is disposed of.
