This notice of motion is to recall a self operative order, dated 8th March 2011 by which the petitioner not having removed all office objections by 10th June 2011, the petition came to be dismissed.

Shri Kotecha for the petitioner states that the only office objection that remained to comply with was that they had to submit an English Translation of the consent affidavit from all the legal heirs. Shri Kotecha states that since he has prepared the consent affidavit afresh in English which is notarised, Shri Kotecha states that within one week from today, he will apply to the Interpreter of this Court for translating the same to the affiant.

It is made clear that if such an application for translation is not made within one week, the petition will stand dismissed without further reference to the Court and no any application for extension of time or for restoration will be entertained.
