The Respondents had issued a letter of termination on 10.1.2014 and they have initiated the process of calling fresh tenders thereafter. After the Letter of Termination issued by the Respondents, the Petitioner did not take steps for challenging the impugned letter of termination. Today the tenders have been opened and now the petitioner has filed the present petition for challenging the impugned termination letter and there is a gross delay in filing the present petition.

Hence, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. Writ petition is dismissed.
