The Notice of Motion seeks recall of a rejection order passed in Testamentary Peition on account of non-removal of office objections. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that all office objections have now been removed. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion and the statement made across the bar today, the order of rejection is recalled and set aside and the Testamentary Petition is restored to file.

In case, any more objections have to be removed, the same may be done within a period of one week from today. 3.
