the decree holder viz. Shriram City Union Finance Ltd. is present. Learned Advocate Ms. Vaishnavi Gavkar representing the Applicant is also present.

Mr. Daulat Hari Shambharkar has placed on record the common original Authority Letter duly signed by Mr. Gouse Mohiddin Jilani, Joint Managing Director, for Shriram Finance Limited, whereby he has been authorized as a representative on behalf of the decree holder/Applicant and his Identity Card and Aadhar Card for the purpose of identification. The copies of Authority Letter, identity card and Aadhar card are taken on record and marked as 'Annexure-X, Y & Z' respectively in all above proceedings.

The learned Advocate on behalf of the Applicant/decree holder under the instructions of representative submitted that the ApplicantShriram City Union Finance Ltd. desires to withdraw all above Execution Applications.

In view of the same, all above Execution applications stand disposed of as withdrawn.

The Decree Holder is at liberty to withdraw the deposited amount, if any.

It is submitted that warrant of the attachment is not issued by learned Prothonotary, hence there is no question of the payment of poundage.
