This is a Judge's Order to open a Safe Deposit Locker No. 1/36 standing in the name of the deceased Sudha Sudhakar Mutta in the presence of the Officers of the State Bank of Hyderabad, Juhu Branch. Ms. Potdar for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner believed that she had a key to this locker. She finds on verification that the key she does have is not of the locker in question. 2.

I have separately allowed Judge's Order No. 82 of 2016. However, in the facts of the case that locker will need to be broken open. The valuation and inventory is to be done in the presence of 14th September 2016
