These Execution Applications have not been proceeded with for a period of over 12 months from the date of filing of the applications. Accordingly, these applications have been placed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master under Rule 329 of the Bombay High Court Original Side Rules before the Court, for dismissal, for want of prosecution.

Learned counsel for the applicants/claimants however seeks time to take appropriate steps within two weeks from today.

In the event appropriate steps are not taken within two weeks, these applications shall stand disposed of with liberty to file a fresh application as an when necessary as may be permissible in law. 4.

If appropriate steps are taken, office to list the application as per C.M.I.S. date.
