Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, "the Act") whereby the petitioner has prayed for extension of time for the arbitral tribunal to conclude the arbitral proceedings and publish an award. Learned Counsel for the respondents has no objection for grant of the prayers as made in the petition.

It is submitted that before the arbitral tribunal the arguments are completed and written submissions are also submitted and pronouncement of award is awaited. It is submitted that the record is voluminous.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, time to conclude the arbitral proceedings and make an award is extended upto 31 December 2019.
