I have perused the averments made in the affidavit in support to the notice of motion. Noice of Motion is filed for restoration of Writ Petition dismissed by an order dated 11th April 2017 passed by the learned Prothonotary and Senior

10-nmw-412.2017.doc Master. In so far as the Writ Petition (L) No. 496 of 2017 is concerned, is restored on the condition that applicant has to remove all office objections within four weeks from today. 3.

It is made clear that no further time would be granted. If all the office objections are not removed within four weeks, the order dated 11th April 2017 passed by the learned Prothonotary and Senior Master shall stand restored and the Writ Petition (L) No. 496 of 2017 to stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
