After the matter is heard at some length, learned Counsel for the Petitioner does not press this petition and submits that he will raise all contentions which form part of this petition before the Appellate Forum under the Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952. The petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. All rights and contentions of the parties on merits are kept open. Since the matter is now being carried before an appellate forum, no coercive step shall be taken against the Petitioner for a period of two months from today.
