Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. For the reasons recorded in the order dated 3rd July 2018, this Court has declined to exercise its discretionary writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Considering the discretion exercised by the Court, there is no error apparent on the face of record. Even otherwise, there is no ground for review. The review petition is dismissed. (RIYAZ I. CHAGLA, J.) (A.S.OKA, J.)
