It is stated, on instructions, by Mr. Naik, learned A.G.P., that such of the candidates who have fulfilled their obligations under the Bond 1/2 WP-1069-13-&-1076-13.doc
executed in favour of the State, their original certificates will be returned to them on the said candidates making a written application and approaching the authority competent in that behalf.

Similarly, in cases of such candidates who were ready and willing to fulfill their obligations under the Bond, but they could not be allotted any seat or placement at any Hospital in the State, in their case as well, the State would return the original certificates. 3.
Since these two statements are made, it is for the Petitioners now to approach the competent authority and satisfy him / her that they have either discharged the Bond obligations in full or that they were always ready and willing to do so on the relevant time, but, for no fault on their part, they were not allotted any Hospital nor were they placed at any Health Care Centre within the State in any or concerned discipline. 4.
We do not think that any other relief needs to be granted in these Writ Petitions. It has worked itself out by passage of time. Both the Writ Petitions are, therefore, disposed of.
