Mr.Jayesh Rathod instructed by Dhiren Shah for the respondent states that the company has advertised in `Free Press Journal' (English edition) and in `Navshakti' (Marathi edition) both on 18.2.2016 about the withdrawal of the petition in view of the settlement between the respondent-company and the petitioner. The counsel undertakes that an affidavit to this effect will also be filed within one week. Undertakings accepted.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
