It is not in dispute that against the impugned order dated 6/10/2016 the appeal has been filed and during the pendency of that appeal, the documents sought for in the impugned order have also been made available to the second respondent. Learned AGP for the respondent State upon instructions from the officer of respondent no.2 states that as the documents are received, respondent no.2 will pass appropriate order within four weeks. 3.

In this situation, we keep the contentions of th petitioner open and direct the respondent no. 2 to pass appropriate orders nilegaonkar 1/2

We direct the petitioner to appear before respondent no. 2 for the said purpose on 25/3/2019 at 11.00 am and period of four weeks shall commence from the said date.
