1) Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants/ petitioners. None appears on behalf of the respondents though they are served. The applicants/petitioners have taken out Chamber Summons No. 208 of 2012 for seeking leave of this Court to amend the petition as per the Schedule annexed to the chamber summons. It is submitted that the subsequent events have taken place after the petition was filed and orders have been passed by the Competent Authority under Section 14 of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvements, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, Ladda RS

13-CHSW-208-12.doc 1971. It is submitted that the petitioners would like to challenge the said orders and also amend the prayer clause with consequential amendment in the petition. Since none appears on behalf of the respondents and yet the petition is not admitted, leave to amend is granted as per the Schedule annexed to the chamber summons.

3) The Applicants/petitioners have taken out Chamber Summons No. 71 of 2015 to add certain grounds and to that extent amend the Schedule which is annexed to the Chamber Summons No. 208 of 2012. We, therefore, allow the Chamber Summons No.71 of 2015 in terms of prayer clause (a). Leave to amend as prayed for is granted. Amendment to be carried out within four weeks. 4) The writ petition to be listed on 27th April, 2015 on regular board. In the meantime, the petitioners to serve the respondents along with amended copy of the petition before the next date. 5) Chamber Summons Nos. 208 of 2012 and 71 of 2015 stand disposed of accordingly.
