Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw this petition filed under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996 with liberty to file appeal against the order dated 30th May, 2014 passed by the learned arbitrator accepting the contentions of the respondents under section 16 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file appeal under section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Refund of court fees as per rules.
