This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, "the Act") whereby the petitioners have prayed for extension of time limit for the arbitral tribunal to conclude the arbitral proceedings and publish an award. Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection for granting of the prayers as made in the petition. It is stated that cross-examination of respondent's witness is in progress.

In the circumstances, time to conclude the arbitral proceedings and to make an award is extended by six months from today. 4.
