The Chamber Summons is for dismissal of the Caveat. 2.

Mr. Khambatta for the Defendants states that he has instructions to withdraw the Caveat. He also states that the contest

20-CST-112-15-TS-34-15.DOC is regarding the title to a certain immovable property that now stands in the Defendant's name. Questions of title are not decided in Probate proceedings. It will be open for the Defendant to defend (or adopt) any proceedings in relation to the title to the property in question.

The Caveat is permitted to be withdrawn.

The Petition is therefore uncontested, this being only Caveat. Registry to proceed accordingly.
