This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, "the Act") whereby the petitioner has prayed for extension of time limit for the arbitral tribunal to conclude the arbitral proceedings and publish an award. Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection for granting of the prayers as made in the petition.

It is stated that the oral arguments are in progress before the arbitral tribunal.

In the circumstances, time to conclude the arbitral proceedings and pronounce an award is extended by one month from today. 5.
