Perused the Chamber Order and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order, the same is allowed; Arbitration Petition (L) No.468 of 2018 is restored to file; time to remove office objections is extended by one week from today. However, it is clarified that if the office objections are not removed within the stipulated period, the Arbitration Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. The Chamber Order is accordingly disposed of.
