Learned amicus curiae and the learned Counsel for the State, have no objection for impleading the applicant/intervener as party respondent in the Public Interest Litigation. 3.

Notice of Motion is allowed accordingly. The applicant/intervener be impleaded as party respondent to the Public Interest Litigation No. 115 of 2014.
