In this appeal under Section 260A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 filed by the revenue, the tax effect is less than the prescribed limit of Rs. one crore in terms of CBDT Circular No. 17/2019 dated 8.8.2019, being Rs. 94,30,087.00. 3.
In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
