Learned AGP confirms that an Appeal has been filed by the Petitioner before the Sub Divisional Officer, Mumbai Suburban District and the same is pending. In these circumstances, the Petition is disposed of by passing following order:

a) The Appeal of the Petitioner shall be decided by the Sub Divisional Officer, Mumbai Suburban District, within a period of 10 weeks from today.

b) Until the Appeal is decided and for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the order to the Petitioner, the structure of the Petitioner shall not be demolished.
