This is the Defendants' Chamber Summons for inspection. Since Dr Tulzapurkar for the Plaintiffs hands over copies of the documents of which inspection is sought, the Chamber Summons is infructuous and is dismissed as withdrawn at the request of Mr Khandekar for the Defendants.
