TS99.14-26 uncontested and take necessary steps for grant of probate. Mr.Adhia appearing on behalf of the plaintiff states that plaintiff was to give set of keys in accordance with clause-9(n) which due to oversight, his clients forgot to bring. Mr.Adhia on instructions, states that he will hand over duplicate keys as required under clause9(n) by 12.00 noon on 5.4.2017 to Mr.Gidwani. Mr.Gidwani states that the amount payable under clause 9(a) will be remitted through RTGS/NEFT instead of handing over a pay order/banker's cheque. He states that this amount will be paid by 12.00 noon on 5.4.2017. These statements by the counsel are recorded as undertakings by their respective clients. The undertakings of Ms.Sheetal Mehta to file her Vakalatnama on behalf of defendants 2 & 3 during the course of today, is accepted.
