The learned counsel Mr. Mughal, appearing for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an appeal under Section 9 of Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977. Leave granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
