1] The present Official Liquidator's Report seek appointment of a Valuer for obtaining valuation of the movable assets i.e. Wind mill and the land beneath it situated at Satara and another immovable asset i.e. land situated in Rajasthan, which is described in Para 6 of the Report, as the property belongs the Company under liquidation. 2] In the wake of above, the OLR is made absolute, in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).
