At Exh. B is the order of this Court passed on 20.06.2016 granting Heirship Certificate in respect of Meenakshi Vikram Vaid, who died intestate in a car accident at Ramnagar on 27.09.2013. The present Petition also is in respect of the same deceased Meenakshi Vikram Vaid. Mr. Parihar states that one of the legal heirs included in the order dated 20.06.2016 in Misc. Petition No.73 of 2015, includes the petitioner herein. A Heirship Certificate is meant for the satisfaction and protection of third parties who require a Court order showing that an applicant has been recognized as a heir of the deceased. Since the petitioner is already included in the Heirship Certificate issued pursuant to the order dated 20.06.2016 in Misc. Petition No.73 of 2015, this Petition is not maintainable and accordingly disposed.
