By the order dated 4th August 2015, this Court has already held that the second Petition by the same Petitioner and on the same cause of action is not maintainable. VRD
WPL2158.15.sxw 2.
The expectation of the Court recorded in paragraph 7 of the order to which our attention is invited is from the State Government, whether it would like to preserve the work of Dr Homi Bhabha. We do not think that for this limited purpose and after having held that the Petition is not maintainable, we can issue any directions either to the State Government or to any Trust. 3.
In the light of the order and which must be read as a whole, this Petition cannot be entertained. It is dismissed. (B.P. COLABAWALLA, J.) (S.C.DHARMADHIKARI J.) VRD
