Heard the counsel for applicant and also considered the affidavit in support. The counsel for applicant states that the amount of Rs.10,000/- will be deposited on or before 23rd November, 2017. In view of the reasons given in the affidavit in support and in view of the statement made by counsel for applicant, time to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- is extended upto and including 23rd November, 2017. If the amount is deposited by 23rd November, 2017, petition will stand restored to file and the returnable date will be extended to 12th February, 2018 and if the amount is not deposited, petition will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. Application accordingly stands disposed.
