These applications by the Company seek that it be allowed to amend the Petitions to reflect a change in the name of the Company from "Reliance Electric Generation and Supply Private Limited" to 17th October 2016

937-CP-440-441-2016.DOC "Reliance Electric Generation and Supply Limited" wherever it appears in the Petitions. The Life Insurance Corporation of India is represented as is a creditor, one Prakash Asphaltings and Toll Highways Limited. Neither of them have any objection. Mr. Shailesh Mehta, an Objector who is also present in Court also has no objection.

The Company Applications are made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
