In so far as the order passed by this Court on 22 July 2015 in the above matter is concerned, it is clarified that in view of the provisions of Section 115 of the Presidency Towns Insolvency Act, 1909, the purchaser is exempted from paying stamp duty and registration charges in respect of 50% value of the subject properties, namely, the properties at Bandra, Pune Pg 1 of 2

nmis46-13.doc and Goa, referred to in the order dated 22 July 2015 representing the share of the Insolvents in the subject properties.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of the order. The registering authorities in Bombay, Pune and Goa to act on the mails well as fax communications sent by the Office of the Official Assignee of the order.
