.
Heard parties through Counsel.
2.
Alleging delay on the part of the High Power Committee in deciding the petitioner's application No. 24 of 2016, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the Committee to decide the said application as expeditiously as possible, with various further reliefs.
3. Today when the matter came up for hearing the the learned Counsel for the petitioner requested to dispose of this petition by directing the High Power Committee/ Grievance Committee to decide the petitioner's application as expeditiously as possible. 4.
According to the petitioner, the High Power Committee has not even considered the petitioner's prayer for interim relief, and the matter has been adjourned with the order to be listed in due course. 5.
We find that the petitioner has not made the High Power Committee/ Grievance Redressal Committee as party respondent in this petition. However, in view of the fact that the petitioner's application is pending since 2016 and the statement of the petitioner is that no orders have been passed on the prayer for interim relief, we dispose of this petition with liberty to petitioner to submit an application for urgent hearing before the High Power Committee/ Grievance Redressal Committee for considering his prayer for interim relief/ application itself finally.
6.
We accordingly dispose of this petition directing the High Power Committee/ Grievance Redressal Committee to consider such application for early hearing, if made by the petitioner, and decide the said application and the prayer for interim relief or the main application itself, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
7.
All contentions are kept open.
