Dr.Chandrachud states that plaintiffs be permitted to amend the claim from Rs.1,00,00,000/- to Rs.1,00,00,001/-. Dr.Chandrachud tendered draft amendment which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Leave to amend granted. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.

Counsel for defendant, seeks time to file affidavit in reply. Mr.Shah for defendant, on instructions from defendant no.1, who is present in Court states, without prejudice to defendant's rights and contentions including challenging jurisdiction of this Court that as stated in his emails dated 13th June 2017, copies whereof are at Exh.'H' and Exh.'I', respectively, to the plaint, defendant will not send any correspondence or email or by any other mode, making any statement which could be construed as defamatory. Statement accepted.

In view of the statement made, by consent, this notice of motion stands disposed.
