Further to the order dated 26th April 2018, the company has filed an affidavit through one Anil Ramchandra Baxi, Director of the company stating that the company has advertised the proposed withdrawal of the petition in Free Press Journal and Navshakti on 9th May 2018. Shri Baxi, Director of the company states that he has not received any claim or objection. Shri Yadav appearing for petitioner also states that he has not received any objection from any party.
