The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction submits that the petitioner is not pressing prayer clause (a) and (b). He submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to file a fresh petition in the light of the subsequent orders passed by the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority. Accordingly, we pass the following order :

O R D E R

Prayer clauses (a) and (b) are rejected as not pressed.

We make it clear that all objections of the respondents to the proposed writ petition are expressly kept open.
