Chamber Summons No.1146 of 2018, which seeks impleadment of legal heirs of deceased Petitioner No.1, is not on board. By consent, it is taken on board and called out. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the chamber summons, the chamber summons is allowed by condoning the delay and impleading the legal heirs of the deceased as the Petitioners in Arbitration Petition No.1208 of 2015 in terms of prayer clause (c). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.

In Chamber Summons No.1143 of 2018, similar leave was granted. The Petitioners were given time to carry out the amendment upto 29 December 2018.
