The petitioners claim to have purchased the subject property. It is the contention of the petitioners that a temporary structure was noticed in the said property which according to the petitioners is unauthorized. The petitioners now seek direction to the Corporation to remove the said encroachment, in the private property.

In the facts, the petitioners may resort to alternate remedy by approaching alternate forum conferred with the jurisdiction for examination of questions of facts.

Keeping all issues on merits open, petition is disposed of.
