After arguing for some time learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to move application seeking extension of time as fixed in the order dated 4th August, 2016 passed in Writ Petition No. 379 of 2016. With the aforesaid liberty the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
