---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 30.8.2016 P.C.:- The counsel appearing for the respondents states that in the letter dated 11.7.2016 in paragraph-3 the respondents had called upon the petitioners to explain as to whether the invocation was done for all the 7 arbitrations or only for one reference. The counsel raised a grievance that the petitioners without clarifying, have approached this Court. Shri Panicker clarifies that it pertains to all the 7 references. Both the counsels agree that Shri Gautam Ankhad advocate be appointed as arbitrator in place of Dr.Birendra Saraf who had expressed his inability to continue in the arbitration. Shri Gautam Ankhad, Advocate is appointed as arbitrator in place of Dr.Birendra Saraf. It is also clarified that the appointment will be in accordance with the earlier order passed in the suits that were filed by the parties. KJ

ARBPL913.16-13 It is also clarified that the learned Arbitrator will continue from the stage where the proceedings are today.
