The counsel for the parties state that the suit as between plaintiff nos.3, 19, 20, 22, and 35 and defendants has been settled. The counsels state that plaintiff nos.3, 19, 20, 22 and 35 do not wish to prosecute the suit against defendants. The advocate for plaintiffs to strike off their names from 1/3

the cause list accordingly. Re-verification dispensed with. The consent terms dated 22nd September 2017 signed by the constituted attorney of plaintiff nos.3, 19, 20, 32 and 35 and authorised signatory of defendant no.1, defendant no.2, constituted attorney of defendant no.3, defendant no.4, constituted attorney of defendant nos.5, 6, 7 and 8 and defendant no.9 and their respective advocates is on record is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The counsels identify the signatories of their respective parties.

Order in terms of consent terms. All undertakings accepted. In view of above, notice of motion (lodg.) No.1669 of 2017 also stands disposed.

Notwithstanding disposal of the notice of motion, all office objections to be removed and notice of motion to be numbered within one week from today.

The counsel for plaintiffs, in view of the undertaking given in paragraph 8(d) of the consent terms states that affidavit in rejoinder dated 10th September 2017 filed on behalf applicants in this notice of motion be 2/3

handed over to defendant no.1.
