The Vice President and GM of the Plaintiff states that the report may be disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). In view thereof, the report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :
"(a) Court Receiver be discharged without passing accounts and Plaintiff and / or Defendant may be directed to pay costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver, as per the provisional statement prepared by this Registry, upon taking inspection.
(b) That the cost of and incidental to this report be fixed at Rs.3,000/- and Plaintiff may be directed to deposit the same in the office of the Court Receiver".

The amount towards cost of this report is to be paid by the Plaintiff within a period of two weeks from the date of this order.
