By this application, the applicant / plaintiff is seeking permission to serve the unserved defendants by way of substituted service. 2.

In paragraph 3 of the application, the plaintiff has given the details of the unserved defendants and the manner in which the attempts were made to serve them. It appears that the said unserved defendants could not be served for the reason that they had left their last known address without instructions.

Sufficient ground is made out for allowing the present application. Consequently, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (ii).
