Paragraph 6 shall be corrected to read as "The Plaintiffs, Defendants Nos. 1, 2 and 3 agree that they have no surviving claim against Castrol India Limited".

In paragraph 7, line no. 1, "Suit No. 3980 of 2017", shall be corrected to read as "Suit No. 3980 of 2002". 4.

The original order be read accordingly.
