Bachani who was the advocate on record for the plaintiffs expired sometime ago. The counsel for the defendants states that the suit itself has been disposed of pursuant to the consent terms filed on 6th August, 2008. Ms. Neelam Patel, counsel states that Ms. P.L. Bachani was sitting in the chambers of M/s. I.R. Joshi & Company, who has received a letter from plaintiff no.1 requesting them to withdraw the notice of motion. The said letter dated 8th October, 2015 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of the above, the notice of motion is disposed of as withdrawn.
