From the cause title of the petition, it appears that the Petitioner has filed this petition against Azure Hospitality Private Limited which is a private hotel. Relief is also claimed against the private hotel. In our view, the present petition is not maintainable. Hence, writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
