The limited relief sought is for directions in regard to the renewal of the lease in respect of a an immovable property at Mahabaleshwar. The Court Receiver is directed to seek renewal of the lease from the Collector of Satara in the name of the Court Receiver. The charges are to be paid from the Suit accounts. 19th September 2016

The Collector, Satara, is to accept the application on behalf of the Court Receiver, and is to act on production of an authenticated copy of this order. He will process the renewal application expeditiously in accordance with law.
