Impugned order is passed on 6th September, 2000. None appears on behalf of the Appellant. It appears that Appellant is not keen in pursuing the matter. Even otherwise, appeal has become infructuous, even on merits. We do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order and hence, appeal is dismissed. 2.

In view of dismissal of the appeal, Notice of Motion No. 1219/2015 filed therein does not survive. Prayers which were sought in the motion are not maintainable. Hence, said notice of motion is disposed of .
