DATE : 25th AUGUST, 2023 P.C:- On 11th August, 2023, this Court had allowed the Official Assignee's Report in terms of prayer clauses (A) to (G). 2.

Today it is for consideration of the prayer clause (E) i.e. for appointment of valuer. Learned Official Assignee has furnished a list of the valuers on the Panel of this Court. The property that is to be valued is located in Santacruz West. Accordingly it would be

From the list it is observed that at serial no.31, K.C.Gandhi & Co. is located at Vile Parle (East) which is close to Santacruz. Therefore this Court appoints K.C.Gandhi & Co. located at the following address to conduct the valuation for suggesting value of the said business premises. K.C.Gandhi & Co., 'Udyan', 1st Floor, Malavia Road, Vile Parle (E), Mumbai - 400 057 Contact No. 261 42 793, 261 48 339 3.

Let the charges of the valuer be paid by the petitioning creditor. The valuation to be completed within a period of four weeks and the report to be submitted within a period of two weeks thereafter. 4.

Let the petitioning creditor deposit an amount of Rs.50,000/- with the Official Assignee towards payment of the charges of the valuer. Mr. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioning creditor has no objection.
