The Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 485 of 2020 is one Yamuna Mahadev Shinde. The Applicant in Interim Application No. 2111 of 2021 is one Shivshankar S Yadav. He is not a respondent or a party to Yamuna's Petition. Yet he has filed this Interim Application seeking an appointment of a Receiver by the Writ Court 27th March 2023

61-OSIA-2111-2021.DOC in respect of certain premises, namely Room No. 403, Building No.1, Ranuseth SRA CHS Ltd, Khed Galli, Dadar (W), Mumbai 400 025 on the basis that the 8th Respondent, one Bhaskar Sabbani, has been put in possession of those premises despite an earlier status-quo order of this Court.

It seems that Shivshankar Yadav has himself filed a separate Writ Petition No. 443 of 2020.

It is difficult to see how Shivshankar Yadav can maintain such an Interim Application in Yamuna's Petition, to which he is not even a party. He is at liberty to file whatever Interim Application he thinks appropriate in his own Writ Petition.

Interim Application No. 2111 of 2022 is dismissed as misconceived but with liberty to Shivshankar Yadav to file an Interim Application for identical or similar reliefs in his own Writ Petition No. 443 of 2020.
